I began my construction career in tile work and spent 13 years progressing through the industry — from the field to executive leadership — building a disciplined, results-driven approach and strong operational expertise along the way.

As Director of Field Operations for the Central Region at Alta Construction, I provide strong operational oversight across projects, consistently driving performance, accountability, and team development at every level.

Outside of work, I’m a husband of 21 years and father of three boys who values family and continuous growth. In my free time, I enjoy RC engineering and designing advanced aquarium systems.
