As Director of Field Operations for the CA Region, I provide strategic oversight across projects — ensuring operational excellence, quality control, schedule integrity, and financial performance while building strong teams and fostering a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my two boys, who are actively involved in sports.
