Email Me!As Founder and CEO of Alta Construction, Richard McPheeters leads a commercial general contracting firm with a national presence. He began his construction career in 1988 in residential construction in Northern California and transitioned into commercial construction in 1992 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the past three decades, he has built his experience around delivering complex projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and strong client relationships.
In his current role, we lead the company’s vision while providing full-service general contracting, including site surveying, preconstruction, and working closely with our clients on constructability analysis, conceptual budgeting, and project scheduling. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and office tenant improvements, veterinary healthcare and medical facilities, big box and specialty retail, and hospitality construction. Today, we are licensed in 14 states, allowing us to serve clients on a national scale.
