As one of the Owners of Alta Construction since 2005, I have been committed to building more than just projects—I’ve focused on building a company defined by integrity, quality, and lasting relationships. Beyond the business, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my grandchildren and family. They are my inspiration and the driving force behind the legacy I strive to build—both professionally and personally.

David has been with Alta Construction since 2015 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. He oversees operations, financial performance, and project execution across Alta’s commercial and retail construction portfolio. His leadership ensures projects are delivered efficiently, strategically, and with the highest level of accountability.

With 46 years of experience in the construction industry — including 20 years with Alta Construction — I am committed to delivering practical, innovative constructability solutions that drive project success. My career has been defined by hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of how to turn complex challenges into achievable results.

I am especially passionate about mentoring the next generation of construction leaders, taking pride in sharing the knowledge and lessons gained throughout my career. Around Alta, I’m known as “Yoda” — a nickname I wear with honor, reflecting my dedication to guidance, wisdom, and continuous learning.

Vice President of Construction. Tyler Guith serves as Vice President of Construction at Alta Construction, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, including retail, high-end retail, and veterinary healthcare facilities. He leads complex projects across multiple states with a practical, solutions-driven approach rooted in field expertise and strategic preconstruction planning. Tyler prioritizes clarity, accountability, and proactive communication—leveraging tools like 3D scanning and detailed budgeting to align teams and deliver value from concept through completion. Outside of work, he enjoys ranching and equestrian activities with his wife and children

With over a decade of experience in construction management, I specialize in delivering high-quality commercial office tenant improvements and luxury, high-end retail spaces. I’m passionate about transforming empty shells into refined, functional environments that elevate both brand presence and user experience. From fast-paced office build-outs to detail-driven retail finishes, I thrive on projects that demand precision, coordination, and craftsmanship.

Before stepping fully into construction management, I built a foundation in logistics and manufacturing. That background sharpened my operational mindset and strengthened my ability to manage timelines, streamline processes, and solve complex challenges efficiently. I bring that same systems-driven approach to every project I lead — balancing big-picture strategy with boots-on-the-ground execution.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on a mountain chasing fresh snow, playing guitar, or cheering on the Buffalo Bills. Snowboarding fuels my love for challenge and momentum, music keeps my creativity sharp, and being a Bills fan has definitely taught me loyalty and resilience.

With more than three decades of construction expertise, I specialize in high-end finishes and client-focused project delivery. I am known for hands-on leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. As Director of Construction, I provide strategic oversight across projects, ensuring operational excellence, quality control, schedule integrity, and financial performance. I am dedicated to building strong teams, fostering accountability, and driving a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement that consistently delivers exceptional results.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my two boys, who are actively involved in sports.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I serve as Director of Construction for Alta Construction, bringing strategic leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven approach to every project. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and delivered projects across 18 states, demonstrating adaptability and a deep understanding of regional building requirements, logistics, and compliance standards.

I specialize in high-end retail construction, commercial build-outs, and animal hospital facilities. My expertise spans ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and complex renovations, with a strong focus on quality control, scheduling, budget management, and client coordination. I recognize for maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship while delivering projects efficiently and professionally.

In addition to overseeing construction operations, I direct a national traveling field team responsible for Matterport scanning, site surveys, and preconstruction documentation. Under my leadership, this mobile force supports clients across the country by providing accurate digital captures, existing-condition assessments, and detailed site intelligence that streamline planning and execution.

At Alta Construction, I lead with integrity, accountability, and precision—building strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while consistently delivering spaces that meet both functional demands and elevated design expectations.

I graduated from CSU San Marcos with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and bring 8 years of construction experience with a solution-driven approach to project finance. I am known for building strong partnerships across teams, keeping financials organized and transparent, and helping projects move forward smoothly while maintaining accountability, accuracy, and efficiency.

I provide project accounting support with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency. I assist with financial tracking, invoice processing, insurance compliance and maintaining detailed records to help keep operations running smoothly. I take pride in being a reliable, behind-the-scenes team member who supports the company’s overall success.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our dog, Luna, who is a proud shelter rescue and an important part of our family.

I have 16 years of experience in the construction industry, including nine years with Alta Construction, where I’ve developed a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and client-focused leadership. As a Project Manager, I take pride in my attention to detail and in thoughtfully considering how each client will ultimately use and experience the spaces we create.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies later in life, a reflection of my commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning. While my education enhanced my analytical abilities, my passion has always been in construction. I am dedicated to delivering projects that not only meet expectations but provide meaningful, lasting value for the people who use them.

I approach each project with a strong focus on organization, coordination, and execution, ensuring details are handled thoughtfully from start to finish. Away from work, I enjoy keeping up with my garden, planning weekly meals, and spending time with my two cats.

As a Project Manager, I am passionate about making every construction project as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients while carefully managing budgets, schedules, and overall project performance. I focus on clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong coordination between teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two cats.

As a Project Engineer, I genuinely enjoy working in this industry because each project presents new challenges and opportunities to learn, keeping the work both engaging and rewarding. I am committed to delivering client satisfaction on every job and take pride in being a dependable, solutions-oriented team member. I am always willing to step in where needed to help ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my miniature pinscher, who keeps life fun, active, and full of energy.

As a Project Engineer in the construction industry, I support the successful execution of projects through detailed coordination, technical oversight, and proactive problem-solving. I assist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, scheduling support, and cost tracking to help ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

I am the Director of Operations – Central Region at Alta Construction, bringing 13 years of experience spanning from the field to executive leadership. I’ve been known for a disciplined, results-driven approach and strong operational oversight, consistently driving performance, accountability, and team development across projects.

A husband of 21 years and a father of three boys, I value family and continuous growth. In my free time, I enjoy RC engineering and designing advanced aquarium systems.

I have been a Construction Superintendent with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality commercial projects with precision and leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four kids and staying active on the trails mountain biking throughout Southern California. His commitment to both his family and his craft reflects the same dedication he brings to every project.

I bring over two decades of hands-on construction experience, beginning his career in 2001 specializing in tile installation for new residential homes. He later expanded into large-scale commercial projects, including hotels and casinos, where he gained valuable experience in complex, high-profile environments. Since joining Alta Construction in 2012, I have advanced from apprentice to supervisor, continually embracing new challenges and demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

I am a results-driven Construction Project Superintendent who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership to every job site. With a hands-on approach and deep understanding of field operations, I ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. I am committed to maintaining schedule integrity, managing subcontractor performance, and fostering clear communication among all stakeholders.

I take pride in building accountable teams, proactively solving challenges, and delivering successful outcomes that meet both client expectations and company goals.

Upon graduating from high school, I began my career in the construction industry, initially working in street main line plumbing. I subsequently transitioned into residential construction, gaining experience in finish carpentry, residential plumbing, and painting. I ultimately pursued a career as an electrician, dedicating thirty years to the electrical trade.

I enjoy watching and attending motorsports events. I attend church regularly on Sundays and value growing in my faith and being part of a church community. I’m also passionate about helping men who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, offering support, encouragement, and guidance whenever I can.

I take great pride in exceeding expectations by leading disciplined, well-organized, and highly collaborative job sites. As a Superintendent, I set the tone for performance, accountability, and safety, ensuring every team member understands the standards and goals of the project. I proactively drive coordination between trades, enforce quality control, and maintain schedule integrity to keep projects moving forward efficiently. My leadership approach centers on clear communication, decisive problem-solving, and delivering results that consistently exceed client expectations.

Having grown up in the industry, I progressed into leadership through dedication, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset. A devoted husband of 20 years and a proud father, I enjoy fishing and spending time outdoors when I’m not leading projects in the field.

I’m a construction and building documentation professional specializing in 3D laser scanning, existing conditions surveys, and production support for commercial projects. I was a carpenter for over twenty years and owned a small residential remodeling business, and later served as a superintendent for a biotech TI contractor in San Diego for six years, which strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my experience in complex commercial environments. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with my family.

Roger is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served as an F/A-18 aircraft mechanic during two national conflicts, where he developed a deep foundation in the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. With over 20 years in the construction industry, he has grown from construction administration to President of Alta Construction East, specializing in retail, commercial interiors, restaurants, gyms, and healthcare projects. Roger leads strategic planning efforts during pre-construction and construction, identifying sequencing and critical paths for complex and multi-phased projects while proactively troubleshooting challenges to keep projects on track. Outside of work, he values spending time with his family and enjoys taking his two young boys to the park.
